El Salvador January 2015

#ES15

Between January 20 and 27, WCCM Partners and Wilson International University (WIU) will once again team up with Abigail Association to bring training to pastors, ministers, and women in San Salvador. 280 attended special services and 100 ministers attended a Ministers and Wives’ Retreat during WCCM’s May 2014 trip.

In the evenings this January, Rev. W. C. Ratchford will be preaching messages of hope to the people of El Salvador through evangelistic services.

Life-Giving Leadership Conference

General Sessions

These sessions will be offered Thursday through Saturday mornings to all ministers who wish to attend. The topics are varied, but focus on training those in every position of church team and group leadership skills to lead effectively.

Sessions will include “Becoming an Effective Leader”, “Why People Follow”, “Agape Love”, “Developing People Around You”, and “Increasing Your Faith”.

Women’s Sessions

These Thursday and Friday morning sessions are offered to all of the women of San Salvador with a focus on growing in faith as a woman.

Sessions will include “Finding the Will of God”, “Shelter from the Storm”, “Walking by Faith”, and “My Chains Are Gone”.

On Saturday, the women will join the men in the General Sessions.

Abigail Association

While the women of the Life-Giving Leadership Conference join the men in the General Sessions, the WCCM Partners who taught in the Thursday and Friday sessions will partner with Janis Watkins and Abigail Association to bring a word of encouragement to the Hope Center nearby.

School of Ministerial Development

These classes will be held Thursday through Saturday in both the morning and afternoon. Classes are offered exclusively to senior pastors, bishops, and apostles. These classes are taught by WCCM President and Founder Rev. G. W. “Bill” Wilson,  and LifeCycle Leadership Strategies Founder Shaun B. Wilson, National Supervisor of the Church of God in El Salvador Luis Diaz, and Rev. Ralph Rutledge.

Sessions will include “Why People Stay”, “Why People Follow”, “The Church”, “Life-Giving Prayer of Jesus”, and Biblical Principles. Classes will be held from 9AM to 4:30PM each day.

Message of Hope

Each night, Rev. W. C. Ratchford will bring the message of salvation to the people of El Salvador. Wherever evangelist Rev. Ratchford preaches, salvation, healing, and baptism of the Holy Spirit follow.

Other Ministry

Other ministries on this trip currently include a medical mission by American Registered Nurse Stephanie Leake and one-on-one counseling by State-Certified/Licensed Counselor Jay Hart.
